How Al Gore Built The Global Warming Fraud

Image
How Al Gore Built The Global Warming Fraud Although his science is often seriously wrong, no one can deny that Al Gore has a flair for the dramatic. Speaking about climate change in an October 12 PBS interview, the former vice-president proclaimed , “We have a global emergency.” Referring to the most recent UN climate report, Gore claimed it showed that current global warming “could actually extend to an existential threat to human civilization on this planet as we know it.” Al Gore’s overblown rhetoric makes no sense, of course. Yet his hyperbolic claims beg the question: How did this all start? Back in the 1970s, media articles warning of imminent climate change problems began to appear regularly. TIME  and Newsweek  ran multiple cover stories asserting that oil companies and America’s capitalist lifestyle were causing catastrophic damage to Earth’s climate. They claimed scientists were almost unanimous in their opinion that

Biden’s ’10 Years More Of Oil’ Shows Dangerous Energy Ignorance

Biden’s ’10 Years More Of Oil’ Shows Dangerous Energy Ignorance Interruptions at State of the Union addresses are a tale as old as time. They are even used as a measure of the speech’s overall success. This year, President Joe Biden introduced a new measure: laughter. Not the gentle ribbing at a good-natured quip or political joke, but the belly laugh of half the chamber laughing at – not with – the President. The GOP laughed at Biden when he said “we’re going to need oil for at least 10 more years,” and for good reason. [emphasis, links added] For starters, we need oil for the foreseeable future. One of the great lies the environmental left peddles to the American people is that we can get rid of fossil fuels if we “go green.” Last fall,  Biden declared  he is closing coal plants “all across America” and replacing them with wind and solar farms. The statement belies industry ignorance. Solar panels are made using coal . Just n

New Legal Discovery: Dominion Voting Knowingly Lied Under Oath

Join us and send yours  here .  Become a member  and send every letter, every day, at no cost. For over two years, we’ve been gaslit and lied to about the nature of our electronic voting systems and their capabilities. Since the 2020 Election, anyone or any entity who challenges the uncertifiable results of the 2020 has been publicly shamed and framed as an “election denier.”  But last Thursday, FOX News filed a brief in their case with Dominion Voting Systems, revealing that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines. According to The Gateway Pundit:  “Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, confirmed that other parties ‘have gotten ahold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly’ in the past. Beckstrand identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified th

Armstrong: Let’s commodify housing in Colorado

Armstrong: Let’s commodify housing in Colorado February 14, 2023 By Ari Armstrong If puritanism is, as H. L. Mencken quipped, “the haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy,” then progressivism is, as others have noted , the haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be making a profit. We see that dynamic at play in the debates over housing in Colorado. To expand the housing supply and bring down prices, we need to free up the market so that developers can build housing and people can use it without arbitrary governmental constraints. Instead, progressives, prejudiced as they are against profit-seeking developers and owners of rental housing, want to further bind housing in regulations, thereby making it relatively scarcer and more expensive. Here I’ll discuss three examples. Progressive love government controls As Sherrie Peif reports in Complete Colorado , Hous

How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline

How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline The New York Times called it a “mystery,” but the United States executed a covert sea operation that was kept secret—until now Seymour Hersh Feb 8 The U.S. Navy’s Diving and Salvage Center can be found in a location as obscure as its name—down what was once a country lane in rural Panama City, a now-booming resort city in the southwestern panhandle of Florida, 70 miles south of the Alabama border. The center’s complex is as nondescript as its location—a drab concrete post-World War II structure that has the look of a vocational high school on the west side of Chicago. A coin-operated laundromat and a dance school are across what is now a four-lane road. The center has been training highly skilled deep-water divers for decades who, once assigned to American military units worldwide, are capable of technical diving to do the good—using C4 explosives to clear harbors and beaches of debris and unexploded ordinance—as well as the b

Global warming is a political agenda, not a scientific problem

Global warming is a political agenda, not a scientific problem We continue to hear that 97 percent of scientists believe global warming is a crisis and is being caused by man. That’s simply not true. The 97 percent value came from a 2009 online survey conducted by Peter Doran and Maggie Kendall Zimmerman from the University of Illinois. The survey was sent to 10,257 scientists – 3,146 scientists responded to the survey. There were nine questions in all but the two primary questions in the survey were: 1) When compared to pre-1800 levels, do you think mean global temperatures have generally risen, fallen, or remained relatively constant? 2) Do you think human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures? The results of the survey were, as is typical, all over the place, but the surveyors apparently wanted higher numbers so they broke the responses into groups based on the background of the responder. The 97 percent number came from w
